Job Summary
- We are looking for a competent and experienced Elect Electronics Technician to join our technical team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machines, PLC systems, and electrical/electronic equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults on industrial machines and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, drives, sensors, control panels, and automation systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and electronic systems.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, and machine controls.
- Support machine setup, calibration, and operational efficiency.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
- Identify technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Requirements
- HND/BSC or Technical certification in Electrical Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience working with industrial machines, PLCs, and automation systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
- Good understanding of electrical control systems and industrial maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
