Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell Runofeeds products to poultry farmers, livestock producers, distributors, agro-dealers, and commercial farm operators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market Runofeeds products to new and existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, agro-dealers, and commercial livestock operators.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and provide product education and support.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Represent the company at agricultural exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in animal feed, agriculture, FMCG, or agribusiness sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good understanding of poultry and livestock farming practices is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
